Ingredients (for 10-12 truffles)
- 150g dates
- 50g cashews
- 1 and 1/2 tbsp bitter cocoa powder
Pit the dates by hand. With a powerful food processor, puree the dates, cashews and cocoa powder to form a dense, sticky paste. Use a mini blender to pulverize the superfoods.
Form little balls from the date paste, wetting your fingers between each, then roll them the powdered superfoods.
Tip: Sprinkle any leftover superfood powder on your breakfast porridge the next day.
