Strawberry and Chia Gelée

Light and fresh, rich in Omega-3, super quick and easy.

Ingredients (for 6 people)

– 500 gr strawberries, pureed
– 5 tbsp Ambrosiae Chia Seeds
– 3 o 4 tbsp agave syrup (optional)
– lemon juice to taste




Super easy: combine all the ingredients, allow the chia seeds to swell for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight in the fridge. Serve in dessert cups and garnish with fresh strawberries and/or whatever inspires you !

TIPS: Though proposed here as a dessert to be eaten with a spoon, you can use it in many other ways – as a topping for cheesecake, as a marmalade, as filling for a fruit tart, or simply to sweeten a cup of yogurt…
