- 100 g sprouted pancake mix
- 1 banana
- 185 ml soy milk
- 2 tbs cocoa nibs
- 2 tbs coconut chips
- 80 g blackberry
- 80 g blueberry
- maple syrup
- fresh mint
Blend together the sprouted pancake mix, the soy milk and the sliced banana.
Put 3 spoonfuls of batter in a hot non-stick pan, previously greased, cook until the top of the pancake is almost dry; flip the pancake with a spatula and cook the other side for about 1 minute.
Rinse the blackberry, the blueberry and the mint.
Garnish the pancakes with the berries, the cocoa nibs and coconut chips, if you like it you can add the maple syrup and the mint
