- 1 liter acqua
- 1 grapefruit (we used pink grapefruit)
- 1 cucumber
- 1 handful of mulberries
- 1 tsp hemp powder (optional)
Pour the water into a container and add the sliced grapefruit, cucumber, mulberries and, if you want a little kick of energy, the hemp protein.
Stir for a few seconds and refrigerate overnight to get the maximum fragrance and flavor from the ingredients.
