Raw Superfood Truffles

These raw superfoods Truffles are simply delicious and easy to prepare!


  • 6 dates
  • 6 dried figs
  • 1/2 cup nuts (almonds, hazelnuts)
  • 1 tsp Ambrosiae Chia Seeds




Garnish with:

  • Ambrosiae Coconut Chips
  • Ambrosiae Cocoa Nibs
  • Ambrosiae Chia Seeds
  • Ambrosiae Cacao nibs Goji Coconut Übergranola



Soak the figs for at least 5 minutes. Drain well and combine with the dates and nuts in a blender. Blend until you get a workable paste. Add the chia seeds and mix well. Form the truffles into balls by rolling them between your palms. Separately, pulse the Coconut Chips, Granola and Cocoa Nibs in a blender and place on separate plates. Moisten the truffles slightly and roll them around in the different coatings till well covered. Conserve in the refrigerator.
