- 100 g protein pancake mix
- 120 g apple puree
- 140 ml rice milk
- fresh fruits
- cocoa nibs
- maple syrup
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
Switch on the waffles maker and grease it with a little bit of coconut oil. Once the waffle maker is ready put the mixture in and cook following the instructions.
Decorate with fresh fruits, nuts, cocoa nibs and maple syrup!
