Pink Lemonade

A fresh, sweet and thirst-quenching variation on classic lemonade. Perfect for those hot summer days!

  • ¼ watermelon
  • 2 lemons
  • 2 limes
  • Fresh mint leaves to taste
  • 2 tbsp Ambrosiae Chia Seeds
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup (optional)

Centrifuge the watermelon, squeeze 1 lemon and 1 lime, cutting the others in slices, add the ghiaccioli ???, mint leaves, agave syrup and Ambrosiae Chia Seeds, the latter of which keep you hydrated longer while providing a healthy dose of omega-3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquids.

Ideal before and/or after aerobic exercise, or simply when the weather is very hot.

Hydration : it’s important to always stay hydrated, especially during physical activity ; otherwise performance declines significantly and the body suffers. Chia seeds, which absorb 12 times their weight in water, are excellent for those who practice aerobic sports (running, cycling, all activities that generate a lot of sweat), since they release the water they’ve absorbed gradually and helping us avoid dehydration.
