This overnight porridge must be prepared at least 6-8 hours ahead of time.
In a small cup, mix the chia seeds with a teaspoon of açai powder and 30 ml of almond milk, leaving it to rest for about ten minutes until the seeds have swelled and the mixture has become gelatinous.
In the meantime, prepare the overnight porridge in a tall jar, combining the mix with 80 ml of almond milk.
Add two level tablespoons of açai powder to the surface and stir just enough, so that only the top of the porridge is colored.
Place the solidified chia mixture on top, cover, and place in the refrigerator until the next morning.
Garnish your overnight porridge before eating with a generous spoonful of açai granola.
