Spiced chocolate milk

This spiced chocolate milk is raw and perfect for the winter days!

Ingredients (for 3 glasses

  • 1 bag coconut water powder
  • 50g almonds
  • 500ml water
  • 3 bananas
  • 1 tpsp cocoa nibs
  • powdered cinnamon
  • cardamom
  • powdered vanilla
  • 3-4 dates





Soak the almonds overnight in the coconut water. The following day add 500 ml of water to the almonds and coconut water. Run the mix through a blender and separate the almond milk from the pulp using a strainer.

Add the bananas, cocoa, pitted dates, a pinch of cinnamon, a dash of vanilla and a few crushed cardamom seeds. Blend everything and serve in glasses. You can add coconunt cream if you like.

For a warm drink, heat the 500 ml of water (no higher than 42?C). For a ‘hot’ drink, add cayenne pepper.
