Hemp Protein Muffins

Today, Barbara from My Personal Foodie has prepared delicious muffins using our Hemp Protein.

Ingredients (for 12 muffins)

  • 45 g Ambrosiae Hemp Protein
  • 150 g organic spelt flour
  • 17 g natural powdered yeast
  • 80 g coconut sugar
  • 1 pinch unrefined table salt
  • 1 tsp powdered vanilla
  • 200 ml almond milk
  • 50 ml sunflower oil
  • Garnish with 1 handful of organic hemp seeds



Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl, sifting the yeast and flours well.

Add the oil and almond milk and mix until obtaining a smooth batter.

Pour into muffin tins and place in a 180° oven for about 30 minutes.

Garnish with hemp seeds and enjoy!

These muffins are perfect for a health and nutritious snack!
