- 130g cacao paste
- 40g coconut oil
- 60g almond butter
- 100g maple syrup
- goji berries
- cacao nibs
- pinch of salt
Melt the cacao paste with the coconut oil in a bowl, add the almond butter and mix well. Stir in the maple syrup.
Add a handful each of goji berries and cocoa nibs, along with a pinch of salt. Continue stirring.
Pour the mixture into a 16cm square mold and refrigerate for several hours.
Once firm, dust with powdered cocoa and cut into bite-size squares.
