Chocolate goji fudge

Feel like something sweet? Try making this chocolate fudge with goji berries


  • 130g cacao paste
  • 40g coconut oil
  • 60g almond butter
  • 100g maple syrup
  • goji berries
  • cacao nibs
  • pinch of salt





Melt the cacao paste with the coconut oil in a bowl, add the almond butter and mix well. Stir in the maple syrup.
Add a handful each of goji berries and cocoa nibs, along with a pinch of salt.
Continue stirring.
Pour the mixture into a 16cm square mold and refrigerate for several hours.
Once firm, dust with powdered cocoa and cut into bite-size squares.
