- 3 tbsp Ambrosiae Chia Seeds
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp orange juice
- 1 tbsp mandarin orange juice
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 garlic clove
- 2-3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper (optional)
Combine all the ingredients in a glass or ceramic bowl (best to avoid metal), mince the tarragon, preferably fresh, and cut the garlic clove in half (you’ll want to remove it before serving).
Mix together with a spoon and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes so the chia seeds can absorb the liquids.
Remove the garlic and use it to dress a salad, for dipping raw vegetables, or however else you wish.
