Our Pancake Mix is made from cereals and sprouted seeds. The process of sprouting marks the beginning of a seed’s transformation into a plant, and it is at precisely this moment that we can obtain the maximum nutritional benefit from the seed in its most concentrated form. Ambrosiae sprouts the seeds and grains, then lets them dry at low temperatures in order block the sprouting process and preserve all the nutritive substances they contain.

Making excellent pancakes is really easy!
Add a banana (or other fruit, like an apple) and one cup (165 ml) of your favorite non-dairy milk or water to the mix.
Blend the ingredients by hand or mechanically until there are no lumps.
Put 3 spoonfuls of batter in a hot non-stick pan, previously greased, cook until the top of the pancake is almost dry; flip the pancake with a spatula and cook the other side for about 1 minute.
Garnish your pancakes as you please with fresh or dried fruit, nuts, maple syrup, honey, fruit preserves, butter, molasses… it’s entirely up to you!
