YOGA: Strong Spine

Martina Rando, certified yoga teacher, has designed this vinyasa flow for us, focused on the spine.

This sequence, as its name suggests, is intended to work not only the opening of the chest and the backward arching of the vertebrae, but above all to strengthen the muscles of your spinal column.

A strong back will enable you to practice yoga in a safer and more controlled way, particularly in heart-opening positions.

Enjoy this sequence and the energy and vigor it will give you, and remember to always finish with at least one forward bend and a twist for each side.
