YOGA: Spine Warm Up Vinyasa Flow

Martina Rando, certified yoga teacher, has designed this vinyasa flow for us, focused on the spinal column.

This sequence of fluid movements is intended as a gentle warm-up, or it can also be performed by itself to loosen your spinal column, perhaps after a day spent sitting at work. Moreover, it’s perfect for preparing the body for a more intense heart warm-up.

I twill definitely leave you feeling regnerated and relaxed. Remember to always perform the movements in harmony with your breath and at your own pace. Dedicate this moment of practice just to yourself.
