YOGA: Hamstring Flexibility Vinyasa Flow
This flow is focused on stretching the entire posterior part of the body, particularly the legs.
I advise you to perform this when you’re warmed up, after doing at least a few Salutes to the Sun. These asanas are also ideal to combine with hip opening poses, if you have the time.
Forward bends have a relaxing function, so enjoy this routine and devote some quality time to yourself.
