A runner since 2012, I participated in many road races before moving to mountain running and finding my ideal sports environment in UltraTrail.
Important races: in 2014 at the Tor des Geants I finished in 119 hours, running for 330 km over the highest peaks of the Val d’Aosta.
In 2016 I finished the TransPyrenea, the world’s toughest UltraTrail race, 866 km non-stop across the entire Pyrenees range from the Atlantic to the Mediterranean Sea.
I am passionate about health and natural food. Nutrition is important to me: in sports, eating properly can make all the difference, both for training and competing, but especially for a fast post-race recovery.
