Übergranola & Coconut Yogurt

An healthy breakfast for lactose intolerant people.

Ingredients (for 2 people)

 

For the TOPPING:

  • 6 tbsp Ambrosiae Choco Goji Coconut Übergranola
  • 2 tbsp Ambrosiae Coconut Chips
  • 1 banana
  • 2 figs
  • 2 apricots

 

 

 

 

For the COCONUT YOGURT:

  • Pulp of 1 or 2 fresh coconuts
  • 1 cup coconut water (the liquid inside the coconut)
  • Probiotic ferments (we use the kind to make yogurt)

Instructions

Mix the softened coconut pulp with the coconut water and probiotics, cover and place in a warm area, e.g. on top of the fridge, or in a yogurt maker for at least 5-6 hours. Refrigerate for a couple of hours and serve with a topping of Übergranola, Coconut Chips and diced fresh fruit.
