- 6 dates
- 6 dried figs
- 1/2 cup nuts (almonds, hazelnuts)
- 1 tsp Ambrosiae Chia Seeds
Soak the figs for at least 5 minutes. Drain well and combine with the dates and nuts in a blender. Blend until you get a workable paste. Add the chia seeds and mix well. Form the truffles into balls by rolling them between your palms. Separately, pulse the Coconut Chips, Granola and Cocoa Nibs in a blender and place on separate plates. Moisten the truffles slightly and roll them around in the different coatings till well covered. Conserve in the refrigerator.
