Ingredients (for 8 medium pancakes)
- 1/2 pear
- cocoa nibs
- 160 ml almond milk
- 100g protein pancake mix
- 1 banana
Peel the pear and cut it in small pieces. Put the smashed banana, the almond milk and bled the ingredients all together until there are no lumps, then add the pear and the cocoa nibs.
Put 2 spoonfuls of batter in a hot non-stick pan, previously greased, cook until the top of the pancake is almost dry; flip the pancake with a spatula and cook the other side for about 1 minute.
Cook all the pancakes ans serve them warm: if you need some extra sweet or crunch add some maple syrup or nuts.
