Ingredients (for 4 people)
- 6 tbsp Ambrosiae Chia Seeds
- 400 ml coconut milk (we used coconut rice milk)
- 2-3 tbsp Ambrosiae Sprouted Brown Rice Protein
- 2-3 tsp coconut sugar or agave syrup (optional)
- pinch of salt (optional)
Place the milk in a bowl and add the Ambrosiae Chia Seeds and Sprouted Brown Rice Protein along with a pinch of salt. Stir with a whisk, breaking up the lumps until smooth. Allow it to thicken for 30-40 minutes, or cover and refrigerate overnight. Before serving, sprinkle with the fresh fruit, coarsely chopped almonds, Ambrosiae Goldenberries and Ambrosiae Coconut Chips. If you prefer it sweeter, add coconut sugar.
