- 100 g egg whites
- 50 g banana (approx. ½)
- 30 g Ambrosiae Hemp Protein
- 10 g chick pea flour
- 1 tbsp Ambrosiae Chia Seeds
- Coconut or olive oil
Puree all the ingredients except the chia seeds in a blender. Add the chia seeds and allow to set for at least 10 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare some coffee and wash the fruit.
Heat a waffle iron greased with coconut or olive oil. When it reaches temperature, pour in the batter, close, and wait 5-7 minutes, depending on the appliance you’re using.
Continue to cook if necessary, until the waffle is golden and detaches easily from the iron.
