Açaì ice cream

Ideal for breakfast or as an healthy dessert.

Ingredients

  • 3 frozen bananas
  • 2-3 spoons agave syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon powdered açaì
  • fresh fruits
  • goji berries
  • cocoa nibs

 

 

 

 

Procedure

Put the frozen bananas and the powdered açaì in a mixer, mix until you reach a smooth cream. Add the agave syrup and the vanilla.

Pour the ice cream in a bowl and decorate with goji berries, cocoa nibs and fresh fruits…in this case we choose bananas and strawberries.
