Banana Protein Bites

Post-workout recovery snack

Ingredients (for 2 people)

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 tbsp Ambrosiae Sprouted Brown Rice Protein
  • 4 tbsp almond butter
  • pinch of vanilla
  • 1 tbsp Ambrosiae Coconut Chips
  • 1 tbsp Ambrosiae Cocoa Nibs
  • 1 tbsp Ambrosiae Cocoa Nibs, finely chopped

Instructions

Cut the bananas in slices, put the rice proteins in a cup togheter with the almond cream and a pinch of vanilla: mix all these ingredients. Spread this cream on the banana slices, before to use all the cream add the cacao nibs Ambrosiae and blend together. Garnish with cacao nibs and coconut chips!
