Our Protein Pancake Mix is made from cereals, sprouted seeds and sprouted brown rice proteins. The process of sprouting marks the beginning of a seed’s transformation into a plant, and it is at precisely this moment that we can obtain the maximum nutritional benefit from the seed in its most concentrated form. The mix is gluten-free and a great source of high-value vegetable protein.

Making excellent pancakes is really easy!

Add a banana (or other fruit, like an apple) and one cup (165 ml) of your favorite non-dairy milk or water to the mix.

Blend the ingredients by hand or mechanically until there are no lumps.

Put 3 spoonfuls of batter in a hot non-stick pan, previously greased, cook until the top of the pancake is almost dry; flip the pancake with a spatula and cook the other side for about 1 minute.

Garnish your pancakes as you please with fresh or dried fruit, nuts, maple syrup, honey, fruit preserves, butter, molasses… it’s entirely up to you!
