Description

This instant porridge is made from gluten-free oats, sprouted cereals, sprouted seeds and superfood. During the sprouting process, the seed begins its transformation into a plant: it is precisely at this point that it offers maximum nutritional benefits in the most concentrated form. We sprout our seeds and cereals and dry them at low temperatures to block the sprouting process and trap all the nutrients within.

Dark Chocolate & Chia Porridge is super easy to prepare. Just add 90 ml of boiling water or milk to 50 g of porridge mix and let it sit for a minute to enjoy a breakfast that’s healthy, nutritious and quick!

Making porridge couldn’t be easier!

Just put 4 heaping tablespoons of porridge mix (about 50 g) in your cup and add 90 ml of boiling water or non-dairy milk, modifying the quantity of liquid to obtain a thinner or thicker porridge. Let it sit for about a minute and breakfast is served!

You can also make a 100% raw version with overnight porridge! Combine 100 ml of cold milk and 50 g of porridge and let it sit overnight (or at least a couple of hours). The following morning your overnight porridge will be ready to enjoy as it is, or you can add fresh fruit, dried fruit, nuts – the options are endless!
