YOGA: Open Hips
Martina Rando – certified yoga teacher, has designed this flow focusing on opening up the hips.
This sequence of asanas is intended as a completion of the Happy Hips sequence and involves poses that are a bit intense and therefore demand greater preparation. In any case, the sequence can be performed at all levels.
The sequence works in a more complete way on the opening of the hips, leaving you relaxed and loose, ready to face your daily routine.
Always remember to stay present during your practice through muscle activation and awareness of your breath.
